religious leadership was supposed to feel like this

but sometimes

it feels like this …

professional coaching helps you to:

  • find the inner clarity you need

  • to lead your people with love.

Since 2015, Liz has worked with over 175 religious leaders as a Clinical Pastoral Education Certified Educator. As a professional coach, she embodies the best of CPE’s “Individual Supervision” model with a clear focus on integrating your self-knowledge towards forward movement. Coaching draws on your strengths, your intuitive wisdom, and the guidance of your relational awareness (first with yourself - then with your people), to help you (and your ministry) flourish.

Making a way where there seems to be no way:

Emotional Support: help navigating the intense emotional landscape of religious leadership

Education & Guidance: on family systems theory, trauma-informed care, spiritual resources, self-care

Growth: ministry challenges can feel like a steaming pile of manure. You can turn it into fertilizer.

Community: prioritizing the friendships and community that will sustain you for the long run.

if you want to change the world,

first change yourself.

But for now, just a teeny bit… Check out my podcast, Beyond the Fog of Dementia.

I’d like a tad more… Sign up for my “Strengthen Your Stress Response” 45-minute one-on-0ne intensive.

I’m ready for the whole shebang!

Let’s talk about an ongoing 1:1 coaching relationship.

Not quite ready to jump into the deep end with 1:1 coaching? Here’s a good place to start…

strengthen your stress response

Are you frustrated with ‘people problems’ getting in the way of serving people? Maybe the difficulty of discerning clarity about how to move forward coincides with relationship challenges within your community. The pressure is amplified with feelings of both isolation from and devotion to caring for your people. If so, I invite you to strengthen your stress response with Liz!

How it works: Do a brief (and scientifically verified) resilience questionnaire and answer 3 quick journal questions. Then, hop on a phone or video chat for a 45 minute call with Liz.

At the end, you will leave with:
1. A clear understanding of your stress response: both strengths and areas to grow

2. A personalized report, including concrete strategies to develop your resilience

3. A written action plan to improve your capacity for 1. Challenge, 2. Control and 3. Commitment towards the life you want to create

Resilience: “the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; Toughness”
