Are you feeling stuck or alone with the enormous burden of your work as a caregiver? Maybe the endless responsibilities have been rolling over and over in your brain like laundry in a tumble drier. How it works: Do a brief (and scientifically verified) resilience questionnaire and answer 3 quick journal questions. Then, hop on a phone or video chat for a 45 minute call with Liz.
At the end, you will leave with:
1. A clear understanding of your response to stress: both strengths and areas to grow
2. A personalized report, including concrete strategies to develop your resilience
3. Take-home assignments to improve your capacity for 1. Challenge, 2. Control and 3. Commitment towards the life you want to create
